Photos: Baby stuffed in plastic bag and thrown into dumpster

Dead body of a baby who was stuffed inside a black bag and left at a dumpster in Thailand was found.  Maintenance workers who arrived to pick up trash found the baby early this morning. However, the perpetrators of the inhumane act could not be ascertained.
